As soon as you receive your order, be sure to check it out. If you think you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. If you were sent an incorrect item or are missing items, please contact us immediately.
Rules for returns:
- Returned items must be in their original, new condition. They must remain unwashed and unworn.
- Items can be returned for store credit only.
- All returns must be received by Bella Rose Boutique within 15 days of the date it was delivered by USPS.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Clothing colors do not qualify as defective. Keep in mind some items may be brighter or darker in person. We do try to note that in product descriptions.
How to make a return:
- Read the above rules to make sure you qualify for a return.
- Include your original invoice in the return package.
- Mail the return to the following address:
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
- A store credit will be issued in the form of a Bella Rose gift card. The gift card will be emailed to the email addressed used at checkout.
